Built in 1991, the Activities Center is the hub of Coyote Athletics, housing most athletic department offices - including that of the athletic director, associate athletic directors, and the sports information staff. The JAAAC gymnasium seats 2,422 fans at capacity for basketball and volleyball games, but also houses the physical education and kinesiology departments and their classrooms. The building also houses a climbing wall, a dance studio, the weight room, training room and treatment facilities, and a large locker room. Adjacent to the JAAAC is the Albertson Aquatic Center, a 500-seat natatorium for the Coyote swim program, featuring a 25-yard, six-lane pool with a diving well.
